On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Sarah Reisner presented at the WCI Convention in Orlando, Florida on a Hot Topic in Tennessee, “Violence in the Workplace: Questions on Compensability of Work Injuries from Assaults by Co-Workers and/or Third Parties Who are Not Co-Workers” during the Multi-State Breakout Session. The WCI Convention is a national workers’ compensation convention with over 12,000 in attendance.
