Rhoberta Orsland is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the area of workers’ compensation. Ms. Orsland earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002, with a concentration in Business Transactions. Prior to law school, Ms. Orsland received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rhodes College. During law school, Ms. Orsland served as Articles Editor on the Tennessee Law Review.  Ms. Orsland clerked for Justice Janice Holder with the Tennessee Supreme Court after law school and also served as the staff attorney for Judges Jim Umsted and Deana Seymour with the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims. Ms. Orsland is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Memphis Bar Association. Ms. Orsland co-owns Liberation Escape Rooms in Southaven, MS, and in her free time, she is active in her church, All Saints Presbyterian, and enjoys singing and songwriting.
