Cate Farone is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the areas of surety law, fidelity law, and general insurance coverage and litigation. Her passion for navigating complex issues within these areas began during law school when she worked for Manier & Herod as a law clerk and summer associate from Spring 2023 to Spring 2024. Ms. Farone then graduated cum laude from Belmont University College of Law in May 2024, earning her Juris Doctor.

During law school, Ms. Farone was also an Articles and Notes Editor for the Belmont Law Review and competed in moot court. On her moot court teams, Ms. Farone served as chief-brief writer and won a best brief award at the regional level of the National Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, Ms. Farone received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a concentration in pre-law, and Spanish Language from Middle Tennessee State University.

Ms. Farone is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association. In her free time, Ms. Farone enjoys spending time with her husband and visiting her family and friends in her hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
