William Gass is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the areas of surety law, business and corporate law, and taxation. Mr. Gass received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2024. While Mr. Gass earned his J.D., he served as Senior Commentary Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Mr. Gass is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

Prior to law school, Mr. Gass was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at  PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, providing international tax consulting services. Mr. Gass is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia. He earned his Master of Accountancy with a special focus in taxation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2018. Mr. Gass earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting with an International Business concentration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017.

Mr. Gass is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association. In his free time, Mr. Gass enjoys spending time cooking and being outdoors with his wife.
