On August 20-23, 2023, attorneys from Manier & Herod’s Workers’ Compensation practice group will present at the 77th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference in Orlando, Florida. Dave Deming, James Tucker, and Sarah Reisner, among others will serve as panelists presenting on Tennessee Workers’ Compensation law during the Break-Out Session on Multi-State Workers’ Compensation Laws. The Sessions will cover common and trending issues affecting compensability of workers’ compensation claims in numerous jurisdictions. It will be a fun and wild juggling show through all the states in the Multi-State Group focusing on the similarities and differences between the states, hot and no so hot topics, and the “games of claims.”
