Manier & Herod attorneys Jeffrey S. Price and Caralisa Connell represented a surety in an indemnity action appealed to the Tennessee Court of Appeals, which affirmed an award of judgment under Tennessee Code Annotated Section 25-3-122 entered in favor of the surety at the trial court level.
