Sarah H. Reisner, David J. Deming and John W. Barringer, Jr. travelled to Richmond, Virginia on July 30, 2018, to teach a “Lunch & Learn” with a Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Law update to claims handlers with ESIS in Glen Allen, Virginia. Mrs. Reisner, Mr. Deming, and Mr. Barringer spoke to the group about the Bureau’s new rules on panels, the Bureau’s claims handling standards which went in effect on August 2, 2018, and a case law update.
